After consideration and discussion, Les Estes made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Michael Harris voting
no, to approve a variance of 4’ from the required drain field setback of 20’ for the purpose of extending the roofline from the
covered deck over the entry as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application with the condition that this newly
covered area cannot be enclosed in the future.
