After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant a 53' variance, building 47' from ordinary high water mark, hardship being a substandard lot of record, the proposed dwelling would be a big improvement over present condition. Loretta Buchan, Ottertail , MN, requested permission to construct building requiring a 10' side yard variance, from an undetermined side lot line, on Lot 20, Master's Boys Shore, Rush Lake, in Otto Township. Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to table action until the property line dispute is resolved. Duane Sillanpaa, Perham, MN, requested permission to build a 24' x 24' garage one foot from the east edge of property line, in S.L. 1 & 2 of G.L. 3, Section 1, Perham Township on Little Pine Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant, hardship being substandard lot of record, only logical spot for garage placement, and enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy.
