Planned to build a 26'x38' garage with living area and loft. Total structure height of 24 ft., to be used as summer living quarters and storage v^ile building a retirement home on the same lot. After the retirement home is coirpleted the garage with the loft would be used as storage area and for occasional guest sleeping. These plans are not legal under the new ammendment. Would like a meet & bounds, variance to divide the lot in two legal size lots to make original plans legal. The parcel # 1 is 2^ acres or 110,00 sq. ft. with over 400 feet of shoreline. Parcel lA would be a little over 40,000 sq. ft. with over 150 feet of shoreline. CALL TO ORDER MINUTES APPROVED The following requests for variance were heard: Mary J. Shirley, Hopkins, MN, requested permission to have a second dwelling on Lot 13, Roniez Beach, Otter Tail I,ake in Amor Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and carried, Petterson absent during vote, to deny, no adequate hardship shown. SHIRLEY - DENIED Elroy L. Koenen, I'test Fargo, ND, requested permission to put trailer or bunkhouse, as a second <i^felling on Lot 2, Block 1, Putnam Add'n Dunn Township on the Peliccui River.
