We’ve never had a
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (AS STATED ON THE APPLICATION):
Permit Application stating: We have 2 lake cottages on 132 acres,
road, just a trail on the edge of the field. Girard Township has agreed to take over our road
maintenance post construction.
We’ve also had erosion problems on the old trail. The new road will be approximately 800’
of road, 24’ top, cul-de-sac on road. We will also construct a new driveway to my garage
(300’ long). This, also, should help prevent erosion.

The above Applicant has made Application to the Otter Tail County Planning Commission
for a Conditional Use Permit as per the requirements of the Shoreland Management
Ordinance of Otter Tail County. Details of the Application are available for viewing at the
