F. E. Lundberg, Fargo, ND, requested permission to construct a screened porcii onto
existing cabin 47' from lake on Lot 10, Res "F" of Haggstrcm's Beach, Maine Tcwnship.
After consideration, motion was made fcy John Everts to allow the application of the
to"string test", to build rp/but nbt ahead of a line drawn between the neighbor's dwellings
on either side. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried.
Motion was then made by Roger Marty, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried,
to grant a side lot variance on the east side to cone forward from existing cabin.

on parcel called Lot 2, located in G.L. 1, Section 34, Girard Township. After consider
ation, motion was made hy Roger Marty, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried,
to deny, no adquate hardship shown.

Ronald Leonard Pihlstrcm, Frazee, M4, request to replace existing garage with a 28' x
36' garage on pt. of G.L. 5, Section 6, Gorman Township, tabled frcm the April and
May meetings, was returned for discussion. After consideration, motion was nade by
Craig Anderson, seconded by Roger Marty and unanimously carried, to grant approval,
substandard lot of record.
With no further business. Chairman Walter adjourned the meeting at
11:10 p.m..
