MOTION AS FOLLOVi/S:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconcted by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
grant a variance to divide Sub Lot A Into three lots and to permanently attach two of these three
parcels to platted lots In Battle View Park with the provision that a registered surveyor's
drawing will be presented at the time the Individual lots are recorded.
