MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a subdivision
of less than 5 acres subject to the following conditions; 1) the parcel must have at least 200’ of width, 2) a registered
surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of conveyance, and 3) a letter from the adjacent property
indicating that there are no property line disputes must also be provided at the time of conveyance. It was noted that
the proposed parcel does have public road access and that the proposed parcel has sufficient area to meet the
minimum area requirement of the shoreland management ordinance for platted back lots on a general development
lake.
