The MN DNR owns the public water access adjacent to the Christensen property. An easement through the Public Water Access is a possibility, but the easement process can be very expensive and time consuming. For this reason, as well as public water access safety concerns, site design, site crowding, and natural resource related reasons, the MN DNR supports this endeavor to secure a separate, private access to the Christensen property.
