Each lot will have approximately 150' of lake frontage and approximately 23,000 to 28,000 square feet. The existing Lot 1 of Harris Beach will be expanded by 50’ and have an additional 8,000 square feet. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve dividing the existing property provided that each newly created lot in the unplatted area must have at least 150' of lake shore frontage and that when the lots are sold before they can be record they must revert to a single family dwelling per lot, either by the combining of existing buildings or by the removal of buildings, A surveyor's drawing must be provided for each lot. Hardship being a substandard lot of record and it does conform with the required lake frontage. The density is being reduced from 7 buildings to 4. ALDORA COX - APPROVED Aldora Cox, Grafton, ND, requested permission to remove an existing mobile home and replace it with a 1,100 square foot dwelling with attached garage. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve construction up to what the string line test between buildings on adjacent properties would allow. DONALD C. KANE - APPROVED Donald C, Kane, Minneha Resort, Henning, MN, requested permission to add one additional mobile home site and to add four additional campsites. The addition of the campsites will exceed the number of units permitted by the shoreline management ordinance. The property is described as part of the South 10 acres of Government Lot 2, except tracts and part of the SW1 /4 of Section 27, Girard Township on West Battle Lake, The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against this request. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the additional campsites as requested on the recommendation of the Planning Commission, DARLENE KADEL - APPROVED Darlene Kadel, Erhard, MN, requested a variance of 1 10' from the required 200' shoreline setback on Lot 1, Block 1, Hatfield Addition, West Lost lake in Maine Township. The audience was polled and Mr, Gary Nelson, West Lake Resort, made some general comments regarding the variance request. After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to approve a 50' variance from the required 200' shoreline setback.
