MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
that would permit the subdivision of a parcel of less than 2.5 acres from an existing 5 acre parcel with the
conditions that a registered surveyor's drawing will be provided for both parcels, a letter indicating that
there are no property line disputes must be provided at the time of the recording and that the remaining parcel
would not be subdivided any further.
