No problem in construction of New Garage adjacent to house with
, a set back of 60 from the present centerline of CSAH //5 rather
than the 70' set back.This garage will be on the outside of the
curve and no visibility problem.If this road is to be constructed
the centerline will move to the East or curb and gutter will be
used so no additional R/W will be needed to the West.

Mr. Weller contacted our Township Board requesting a variance
to build a garage.
The supervisors of Girard Township did stop at Mr. Weller's
lake lot. One side of the lot is on lake shore property and the
other side borders county road 5. In this particular situation
the Girard Township Board does not feel they should be involved
in this decision as it would appear to be the responsibility of
Lake Shore Management to give Mr. Weller this permit if this is
what they choose to do. The Township Board took this action at
their regular meeting on June 19; 1986.
