Beard of Adjustment - 5 -August 2, 1984
Ronald Hanson, Fergus Falls, MN, requested pennission to construct a 24' x 34'
dwelling 50' froti Stuart Lake, on Lot 10, Block 2, and Lot 9, Block 3, tteple Acres,
Girard Township, to be used as a teirporary dwelling, converted to garage at a later
date. Motion weis made by Craig Anderson to deny as there are alternate spots for
building location. 'Hie motion died for lack of a second. Motion was then made by
Jehn Everts to table to find out status of dedicated road. The motion was seconded
by June Ryan and carried with Craig Anderson voting "no".
, Irvin H. Steve, Henning, MN, requested permission to place a 20' x 20' addition to
mobile home ^jproximately 50' from lake, on Lot 4 and ^ Lot 3, Pleasant View Beach,
Girard Township. Motion was made by John Everts to approve, utilizing the string
test nethod, building rp to the line strung from neighbors foundations on either
side. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried.
Lawrence Zam, Henning, MN, represented by Paul Zam, requested permission to split
out a one acre tract from a 69 acre parcel in the ^SE^s of Section 32, Henning
Township. Motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant apprxjval. Ohe moticn was
\seconded by John Everts but failed with John Everts, June I^an and Tom Stringer
voting "no". Moticn vras then made by Craig Anderson to approve the transfer of the
one acre on the provision that a document of option to purchase an additional three
acres is provided at the time of transfer of the one acre. The motion was seconded
by George Walter and carried with 'Thomas Stringer voting '"no",
Monica Lee, Saint Cloud, M4, reqijested permissioi to place a mobile tone between 150'
and 200' from lake on G.L. 1 & 2, Section 27, Dead Lake Tevnship. Moticn was made by
Thomas Stringer, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to table for lack of infor
mation.
Germaine Wieser, Battle lake, MN, represented by Bob Bigwood, Attorney, requested
pennission to create four lots out of a 10.4 acre parcel with less than 150 feet of
shoreline for each lot, in G.L. 4, Section 11, Maine Township. Motion was made by
George Walter to approve pending surveyor's drawing and subject to deed requirements
of road easements for public use for ciccess. The motion died for lack of a second.
Moticn was then made by 'Iharas Stringer to ^prove what constitutes a subdivision of
a parcel having an east-west widdiof 484 feet, into four parcels, provided each pai>
oel is no less than 2^ acres in size and that the easterly-most north-south boundary
be no less than 723' in length as shown on the proposed layout drawing #1545 by
Anderson land Survey made part of this record. The motion was seconded by George
Walter and carried. r
