Motion
Wilfred H and Rose M Scheid - Approved the variance as requested. (7:03 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to approve a variance of 34’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the replacement of a roof
on a structure located 66’ from the ordinary high water level. The proposed project will be no closer to the ordinary

can be correct by raising the roof. The applicants’ project should be considered as normal and routine maintenance.
