Lots being less than 5 acres. To be able to make 4 lots on the lake and 2 back lots with no lake access. The 4 lake lots would each have 143’ of lake frontage. Square footage would vary from about 66,000-sq. ft. to 139,000 sq. ft. Each lot would have access to either township road or county road. The two back lots would have access to county road. The back lots would have approximately 160,000 sq. ft. If this is approved I would remove 6 cabins off the lake front and 3 cabins would remain: one each on lot 4, lot 5 and lot 6. The lots next to me on the N.W. are 150’ lots; to the S.E. up to the Catholic church property there are 10 lots: 1 is 150’; 4 are 100’; 4 are 50’; and 1 is 75’.’’ The property is described as Lot 7, Block 1, West Shady Nook Beach and part of Government Lots 2, 7 and 8, Section 15 of Maine Township by Pickerel Lake.
