area will be level. Note that Al's drive runs in the middle of
his lot and is almost exactly the same level as Green's. A1 is
not asking to fill any on the east side of his drive, thus not
affecting his neighbor to the east.
If at all possible, we would like to complete this project yet
this fall so we do not have standing water problems next spring.
Since this additional work is required because of the results of
a previously approved project we would ask for an exemption from
your usual deadline of September 1.
