Minnesota Parcel Number Explain your request: I am not asking for an additional dwelling on this lot.I am asking that I be permitted to build a house large enough so that I can have quarters for my guests to sleep in. This is a double-sized lot and the lake frontage is 200 feet. A small guest house would not be crowding the property. I am thinking of a building about 20 feet by 30 feet. If this varience is not granted, would it be permissible to put a trailor hook-up on this lot so that we could let a guest pull a trailor house in there and be hooked up for water, sewer and electricity. Either of these requests would be aaceplt able to us but we prefer the construction of a small 20 foot by 30 foot guest house. In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans, information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING. I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required by the township for my proposed project. / / / ^ 19 ftY .
