I would like to add a guest house as shown on the attached plot plan.
The structure will be l6* X 22’ plus an S’ redwood: deck attached to
the front or east facing. The exterior will conform to other buildings
on the lot. The structure will be used primarily as dressing; quarters
when our family visits. This will eliminate tracking sand into the cabin
after swimming.
