Land and Resource Management Wayne Roisum, Land and Resource Management Kurt Mortenson, Assistant County Attorney S: ' ■ 1I f] CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman George Walter. 1MINUTES APPROYED-May 14th, 1992 Motion by Cecil Femling, seconded by Berton Olson and unanimously carried, to approve the May 14th minutes as previously mailed. The following variance requests were heard; ^ Gary and Carol Jacobson - Approved Gary and Carol Jacobson, Battle Lake, MN, requested a variance of 2'6" from the maximum height requirement of 18' for the placement of a 20'6" structure to be used by the applicant as a general store and a variance of 63’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for a building site. The property is described as the NW1/4NE1/4 and NE1/4NW1/4, Section 20 of Girard Township on Beauty Shores, The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Bert Olson and carried with George Walter voting no, to approve a variance of 2’ 6" from the maximum height requirement of 18' and a variance of 63' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for the placement of a 20'6" structure that Is to be used as a general store by the applicant.
