To explain furtlier, a county ordinance was passed in 1971 making it necessary to apply for a sjiecial use permit on any pro->eity located within 300 feet of a river or 1,000 feet of a lake, and because t!ie Mighs’ay 78 Club has not had a liquor license since this ordinance was approved, it is necessary that you now comply by making application at the land management office in the courthouse for a special use permit.
