DONALD WEICKERT - APPROVED
Donald Weickert, Per ham. MN, requested a variance for a water orientated accessory structure
of 2' from the allowable height of 1 O’ and 38 square feet from the allowable square footage of
250'. The property is described as part of Government Lot 2 in Section 35 of Gorman Township
on Little Pine Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against this request.
After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Fern ling, seconded by Victor Petterson and
unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested, as it is not a water orientated
accessory structure, but rather an addition to the existing structure which does not extend out
past the present building line. It :s no closer to the lake than the existing building
MARY PAT COLLINS - APPROVED
Mary Pat Collins, Edina, MN, requested a 47' variance from the shoreland setback of 75' for the
construction of a 14’by 16'addition to the existing dwelling. The property is descr ibed as Lots
16, 1 7 and 18 , Midland Beach, Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. The audience was polled with
no one speaking for or against this request. Letters In support of the variance request from
Har Ian and JoAnn Geiger and Wayne and Linda Pudwi 11 were road for the record. After
consideration, niotion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously
carried, to approve the construction of the 1 4' by 16’ addition 4’ back from the existing
structure on the lake side The addition will not be any closer than the existing structure.
DAVID BOATZ - APPROVED
David Boatz, Rlchville, MN, requested a variance to construct a garage 12 to 15' from the road
right -of-way setback. The property is described as Lot 13, Klines and Adams 2nd Add! Non and
Lot 1 1, HutmachersAdd'n. Marion Lake in Dead Lake Township. The audience was polled with no
one speaking for or against ttits request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig
Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a 3' variance from the
road right-of-way setback of 20’. Hardship being a substandard lot of record and the pre
existing conditions of this lot
ALBERT SKAR - TABLED
Albert Skar, Vergas, MN, requested a 6' variance from the side lot line setback for the
construction of a car port Will be 4' from the lot line The propei ty Is described as Lot 5 and
N1 /2 of Lot 6, Block 1, Trowbridge Point, Luk Lake in Candor Township. The audience was
polled with no one speaking for or against this request The applicant had requested that his
vor lance request be tabled After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by
Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to table the variance request until the proper
Information could be provided.
