Passed:A motion by Portmann, second by Lindquist to approve the special use
application of Gary Dlsse, dated May 11, 1979 on Scalp Lake, No. 56-358,
RDm Sec. 7 of Hobart Twp. for filling within 6 inches of top of ice ridge
for a gradual slope up to within 20 feet of dwelling, and make a 3 to 1
slope to neighboring lots and allow a maximum cut to be determined
between James M. Johnson and applicant not to exceed four (4) feet.
Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Beck, second by Trites to approve the special use application
of Lyle Anderson, dated May 16, 1979 on Hoot Lake, No. 56-782, RD, Sec. 25
of Fergus Falls Twp. with 3 to 1 slope to Godel property and seed area
where filled.Fergus Falls Twp. Board members had no objections.
Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Lindquist, second by Lachowitzer to approve the special use
application of Wilbert Pierce, dated May 16, 1979 on Lida Lake, No. 56-747,
GD, Sec. 27 of Lida Twp. and require an on-site inspection by Portmann
and Sproull.
