by Craig Anderson and carried with Thomas Stringer abstaining, to approve the 2
addition on the condition the other structure located on lot is moved back into carpliance

edge, and additonal deck, 20' from shorebetween and add 14' addition onto outside
at Fair Hills Resort on Pelican Lake in EXinn Township.After consideration, motion was
made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Roger Marty and carried, to approve as>presented,
because of change of business climate necessitating change in structure to meet the
needs and weather conditions.

from road right-of-way on Lot 1, George's Beach, Sverdrup Tcwnship.

location as requested and depicted on drawing, hardship being there are other pecple

on entire lot will protect area frcm here on out, east location heavily wooded and
secluded from Spitzer Lake on Spitzer Lake Bay.
