After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 60’ from ordinary high water level setback of 200’ to enclose an existing 12’ by 28’ porch 140’ from ordinary high water
level as described in Part A of the variance application dated September 6, 2010 and to deny the variances as described in Parts
B and C of the variance application dated Septembers, 2010 as no adequate hardship/practical difficulty had been shown that
would allow for the granting of those variance as requested and noting that the applicant has adequate room for the proposed
development stated in Parts B and C to comply with the requirements of the ordinance.
