PROPOSED USE OF LAND:
Variance has been granted for a 100 foot setback. Oimer would like to construct
a walk out basement facing the lake. Owner requests permission to reoiove earth
from front of house to a maximum width of 150 feet at the edge of the bank.
Removed earth will be used for fill for a driveway which will possibly require
additional fill. Excavated area will have a level grade and will be soded. The
driveway will be constructed on the East line and will be about 300 feet long.
