Heinen - Approved Betty A. Heinen, Dalton, HN, requested a variance to subdivide a 2.56 acre parcel irom an existing 22.45 acre parcel. The parcel would be permanently attached to the adjacent property to the North. The property is described as part oi Cover.ninent Lot 3, Section 2;5 ol Dane Prairie Township on Possan Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking lor or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Pandall Mann, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to apiprove a variance to subdivide a 2.56 acre parcel from an existing 22.45 acre parcel lor permanent attachment to the adjacent neighbor's property to the Nortli with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing must he presented when the parcel is transferred. It was noted that the subdivision will make an adjacent parcel larger and will have no negative allects on the balance ol the applicant's property. The granting ol the variance creates a favorable position for the property owner to the North. It was noted that the property being subdivided is high ground. Stewart Alfred Turing - Tabled Stewart Allred Turing, Dent, MN, requested a variance ol 7 to 10' from the required road right-of-way setback ol 20' lor the location ol an existing fence approximately 10 to 13' from the road right-of-way. The property is described as Lot 6, Engstrom's 2nd Addition, West McDonald Lake in Edna Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request.
