Minnesota -} MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT June 3,1999 : The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, June 3, 1999, with the following persons in attendance: John Everts Cecil Femling David Holmgren Randy Mann Mark Steuart Richard Sha Wayne Roisum, Land and Resource Management Karen Cooper, Assistant County Attorney Call to Order - The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes Approved - Hearing no corrections or additions the minutes of the May 13, 1999, meeting was approved as mailed. The following variance requests were heard: Harold Jelleberg - Approved Harold Jelleberg, Perham, MN, requested “permission to add a 3 season porch to existing structure (house). The sun porch would be 12’ wide, which would place it 63’ from the lakeshore. There is rjo other reasonable location to construct the sun porch due to the topography of the lot.” The property is described as Lot 11, Block 1, Juniper Hills, Marion Lake in Dead Lake Township. Letters from David Grinnel, Carl and Kathy Wangsness and Chuck and Marge Berg in favor of the applicant’s request were read for the record. .The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request.
