Motion
Patricia M Pettit and Paul Rukavina - Approved with conditions. (6:52 p.m.)
Motion was made by Paul Larson, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve construction of the
proposed 28' by 46' structure at the string line/building line with the condition that the existing 12' by 32' structure
located 12' from the lake must be removed before a site permit can be issued for the new construction and with the
condition that the new construction must meet all other setback requirements of the shoreland management
ordinance.
