Motion
Cleve Edward Fitzsimmons - Approved
The discussion was made about how the Fitzsimmons were planning on removing the current trailer and bringing in
the new one.it was stated by Mr Fitzsirnmons that they had approval from their neighbor. There was also discussion
on the existing the porch which was approved to stay at it’s location by Randall Mann and seconded by John Everts.
Cecil Femling was concerned about their septic system but Mr Fitzsimmons stated they have a contained holding tank
approved. After consideration, motion was made by David Holmgren to approve the new trailer as long as it is behind
the string line and no closer to the lake than the existing structure. The high water level is 68 feet. The second motion
was made Randall Mann with all votes carried unanimously.
