Also, concerning your comment on your addition, repairs do not require a permit, re-shingling does not require a permit, however, REPLACING a roof will require a variance request that^ is..granted. Please make the indicated additions to your drawing and determine if you are going to repair your roof or REPLACE it. Remember, you will need to request a variance if you REPLACE the roof.
