Leo F. Myxter - Approved as requested.
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 94’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the construction of a 10’ by 12’ shed 106’ from the
ordinary high water level noting that the shed will be placed behind the dwelling away from the lake. Placing the
proposed shed in this location will not establish precedence and it will allow the applicant the ability to enjoy the same
rights and privileges as others in the immediate area. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.

Dear Folks,
I am returning your site permit application for addition of ■
the locations of neighboring property owner's sheds
(structures of like use) on your drawing. This is required
due to your not meeting the standard set-back of 200 feet
and the need to try and meet the alternative of a "string
line" test. The,"string line" will be drawn between the
closest corners of your neighbors sheds. Your shed must not
be closer to the lake than this imaginary line.
Also, concerning your comment on your addition, repairs do
not require a permit, re-shingling does not require a
permit, however, REPLACING a roof will require a variance
request that^ is..granted.
Please make the indicated additions to your drawing and
determine if you are going to repair your roof or REPLACE
it.
Remember, you will need to request a variance if you
REPLACE the roof.

In reply to your letter of response to our permit application, the lot to our left is
vacant and the lot to our right contains a small shed approximately 100 feet away from

of view this should pass the “string line" test.
