After consideration, motion v,>as made by Craig Anderson to grant a 6' variance and present variance from lake, hardship being a s\±>standard lot of record, applicant seeking addi­ tional floor space and not changing from original building line. The motion was seconded by George Walter and carried upon the following vote: Yes - all No - none larlan Nelson Approved avid Roger Lehrke Denied David Roger Lehrke, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to build a screened porch connected to lakeside of existing cabin which is approximately 75' from shoreline, on Shady Nook Beach, Section 5 Maine Tcvmship. After consideration, motion was made by Roger Marty to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried upon the following vote: Yes - all noneNo E. L. Lenthe, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to allow his present sewage system to ranain as presently located on Tract called Sublot A of G.L. 6, Section 2, Scambler Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny, applicant not singled out, purpose is to bring sewage systems into conpliance with State Health Board standards and this Board has not corpromised with said standards. Holdaiian, Erhard, MN, requested permission to construct a six foot hi^ privacy fence 94' feet long on east side of property adjacent to public access on a portion of G.L. 3, Section 13, Eliza­ beth Township. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to deny, no adequate hardship shewh/With alternatives, such as natural plantings to obtain the needed privacy. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried upon the following vote: Yes - Wiechmann, Walter, Anderson, Everts and Marty No - Pederson Layton Holdeman Denied f----- ^ approved Ron Kotschevar, Saint Cloud, MN, represented by Dennis Wilson, req­ uested permission to construct addition to present cabin, using existing side lot and lakeside setbacks on Lot 5, 2nd Add'n to Klein and Adams Point, Dead Lake Township.
