After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson to approve construction at no closer to road than existing structure. The motion was seconded by Cecil Femling and carried unanimously. Norman Edward Triebwasser, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to con­ struct a 10' X 18' addition to living room, 46.6' from lake, on Lot #59, Provan Beach, Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to allow building up to but not past the existing building line. The motion was seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with George Walter abstaining. Elwood K. Radtke, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to allow a travel trailer to remain as presently located on Lot 7, Channel View, Otter Tail River, Otter Tail Township, as a second dwelling on lot. After consideration, motion was m?de by Cecil Femling to allow to remain for the rest of the 1989 season, but was withdrawn prior to a second. Motion was then made by Craig Anderson to deny, allowing 90 days to remove and place in storage. The motion was seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried unanimously. George E. DeSautel, Fargo, ND, requested permission to construct an 8' X 30' addition, plus second story, less than the required 10' from property line on Tract D in G.L. 6, Section 2, Scambler Township ort Pelican Lake. A'fter consideration, motion was made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to grant a variance of 2'8" to conform with existing wall of structure. Jacquelyn Johanson, Clarissa, MN, requested permission to construct a 12' X 12' addition to existing cabin, 70' from water, on Lot 4, and W 20' of Lot 5, Blue Heron Beach, on Otter Tail Lake in Otter Tail Township. Bob Madsen represented and spoke on behalf of Ms. Johanson. After consideration, motion was made by Daniel Oehler to approve, pro­ viding it doesn't go ahead of the building line. The motion was with­ drawn prior to a second. Raymond Bode, purchaser, appeared and spoke on behal f of Johansen. Anderson to approve, subject to a surveyor's drawing and on the con­ dition there would be no less than 40,000 square feet on thb balance of the Johansen property. Second by John Everts and carried. David Schornack, Perham, MN, requested permission to build a new home, less then 10 feet from the property lines, because of the angles of the property line on Sublot "C" of G.L. 3, Section 2, Perham Twp, on Little Pine Lake.Johnson to grant a variance of 4' on either side lot line, and no closer to the lake than the existing structure. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried unanimously. Paul Rolandson, Fergus Falls, MN, requests permission to construct a dwelling on the W*jSE>s, Section 7, Clitherall Township on Larson Lake, 115 feet from the high water mark. After consideration, motion was made by Carl JOhnson to grant approval, building at the high point of terrain, being the best spot on the lot.Craig Anderson and carried unanimously.
