HK«wt rM.L«. «■«*■ MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT August 16, 1979 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met at 7;30 p.m., Thursday, August 16, 1979 in the Commissioners Room of the Courthouse in the City of Fergus Falls, with Craig Anderson, Calvin Johanson and George Walter present. A correction of the minutes of the meeting of July 19th, was requested to change the Keith Zarling matter from "to table action until next meeting", to "to table action." Thereupon George Walter moved to approve the minutes as corrected. The motion was seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried. Willis Bohlken request for permission to build 26' x 44' home on a 105' x 91’ tract in G.L. 5, Section 4 of Everts Township was discussed, awaiting information from the County Engineer and appearance by the interested No action. party. Keith A. Zarling request for permission to build a 24 X 24' garage 15’ from side yard. Everts Township, tabled from the July 19th meeting was brought up for action. and carried, to grant a 15' side yard variance to line up with existing house on the property. Motion was made by Calvin Johanson, seconded by George Walter Arnold Domm, requested permission to construct cabin with walkout basement approximately 60 feet back from lake, rather than the required 100', Lot 12, Engstrom Beach Fifth Add'n, Edna To'^nship. seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to allow the variance of 60*, reason being the most suitable place on which to build. Walter Lucking, requested permission to construct an 18' x 24' garage 2* from road right-of-way. Lots 7 § 8, Klein 5 Adams Point, Dead Lake Township. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried, to grant a variance to 8' from road right-of-way and 10* from side lot, so that he can enjoy the same privileges as his neighbors who have build on the road right- of-way.
