Motion
Steve and Claire Zukowski - Approved the variance as requested. (7:02 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by James Arno and carried with Michael
Harris voting no, to approve a variance of 25’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the
placement of a 48’ by 42’ structure 175’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted that the variance as
approved is consistent with past Board of Adjustment decisions within this immediate area and the proposed
development is behind the existing building line. The variance as approved will provide the applicants with the ability
to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in this immediate area.
