This variance application was tabled at the October 3, 1996, Board of Adjustment meeting pending the receipt of a letter,
by November 10, 1996, from the applicant requesting that the Board of Adjustment table his request. As of the date of
this meeting no letter has been received from the applicant, therefore, a motion was made by John Everts, seconded by .
Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as request as the applicant did not comply with the
requirements of the October 3,1996, Board of Adjustment action.

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the ordinary high
water level setback variances as no adequate hardship had been shown and building sites do exist at a setback of
200’. After additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by George
Walter and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed subdivision with the condition that each parcel must have at
least 80,000 square feet of area which does not include the area dedicated for the road.
