Linda M Siggerud - Approved as modified with a condition. (8:33 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Michael Conlon and carried with
Cecil Femling voting no, to approve the placement of a camper on this back lot with the condition that the camper
cannot be connect to a septic system and with the condition that the variance approval terminates and the camper
must be removed whenever the ownership of the property changes or if a garage/storage shed/other nonresidential
structure is placed on this back lot. The Board noted that this variance approval does not grant directly or indirectly
any other variances for the placement of this camper on this lot. The Board also noted that they would rather grant
this variance for the backJbt then to consider a variance for an addition to the applicant’s 66’ lake lot.
