Dear Mr. Roberts:
After consultation with the of^ce and the Board of Adjustment members, it
seems the following action was taken on your variance application:
1. Variance to build on the lake side of your dwelling was denied.
2. Permission to build on to either side wall of your dwelling was
granted.
A condition of building on the side wall was that no portion of such an
addition could be closer to the lake than the existing dwelling.
