LAD Properties LLC - Approved the variance application as requested. (7:45 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Thomas Lee made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Michael Harris voting
no, to approve a variance of 30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the construction of storage building
no closer than 170’ from the ordinary high water level as described in the variance application dated July 12, 2010 and as
depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application. It should be noted that the new storage structure will replace two
existing older storage sheds. The variance as requested does not impact the view from the adjacent properties and will not
negatively impact the lake.
