Motion was made by David Holmgren, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the
subdivision of a 5.7 acre parcel into two tracts as identified in the applicants' application with the condition that those
structures stated for removal on the applicants' registered surveyor's drawing must be removed. It was noted that
both tracts would have public road access and adequate area to support two on-site septic systems. It was also noted
that no other variances are required at this time for development purposes. Both tracts exceed the minimum size
requirements for platted lots on a natural environment lake.
