PROPOSED USE OF LAND:
Would like to cut the top of a ridge on lot. Cut would be approximately 100 feet
wide and 100 feet long with maximum depth of cut 12' - 15'. Dirt removed would
be used for a driveway from existing road to dwelling and remainder would be used
to fill a low area on south central part of lot. Would also like to construct
a driveway on north side of lot from dwelling to lakeshore for a lake access. Ridge
is approximately 200 feet from the high water.
