MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconcted by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 7’ from the
required side lot line setback of 1 O' for the construction of a 24' by 24' garage. Hardship being a substandard lot of
record, the terrain features of the lot and the existing access road.
