Motion was made by Mark Steuart, second by Randall Mann and carried with Cecil Femling and David Trites voting
i no, to approve a variance of 11” from the required 24” separation for the installation of a mound system having a
separation of 13”. It should be noted that the 13” exceeds by one inch the requirements as established by the State of
Minnesota. David Trites noted that the County Board of Commissioners should be encouraged to review and
; recotisider their position regarding the 24” separation as require by the cduhfy^r^inahce in light of the posifidn tbat
