Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 140' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ and a variance of 40' from the required
shore impact zone setback of 100' for an addition to an existing structure 60' from the ordinary high water
level. The granting of the variance request will have no visual impact on the adjacent property owners and the
porch will be a screened in porch and not a three season porch.
