natural. The adjacent property west is vacant and not buildable. We also have intentions
of improvements of a new well and if possible an upgraded septic system. We are
asking for a setback of 36' from the lakeshore which would be further sitback than the
cabin on the east side of the property. This is the only mobile home on this road.
It seems more in keeping with lakeshore to replace this aging mobile home with a cabin.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 158' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' and a variance of 58' from the required
shore impact zone setback of 100' for the construction of a two bedroom cabin with an attached garage 42'
from the ordinary high water level. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
