MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
70’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ for the installation of a sewage system 80’ from the
ordinary high water level as described on the applicant’s drawing. Hardship is a substandard lot of record and the
terrain features of the applicant’s property. It was noted that the applicant’s plan was very well engineered.
