MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' and a variance from the required
shore impact zone setback of 100' for the construction of an attached 22' by 20' garage and for a 22' by
20' room addition to the existing dwelling. These additions will be no closer to the lake than the existing
structure and will not require a variance from the side lot line setbacks. Hardship being a substandard lot
of record.
