work with the SWCD & Land & Resource Management to restore the area to a natural
state. This restoration may not be started until April 15, 2001 and must be completed by
November 8, 2001.
May 9. 2001: A motion by Estes, second by Maske to allow the erosion control project
to stay until October 1, 2004, at which time it is to be inspected by Land & Resource
^ Management; reasons for approval are as follows: 1. Disruption of the area would
cause more erosion. 2. There is above normal run-off in this area (roof line). 3. The
steepness of the bank.
