NameSec. However, the auditor's office advises that I can not record the Deed to my children without furnishing a survey map for my property. The description to my property contains several exceptions most of which were exceptions to the description when I purchased the property and the remaining exceptions were all surveyed before being sold. I am not dividing what I currrently own, I am conveying the entire parcel that I currently own and the cost of a survey of the parcel would be very expensive. Therefore, I am requesting a variance from the Subdivision Controls Ordinance which will permit me to convey my real property to my children without incurring the cost of an unnecessary survey. I believe the survey is unnecessary because all of the exceptions in the description of my property are previously existing subdivided tracts and I am not changing in any manner the current description of my property. In order to property evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans, information aBout surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING. I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County. I understand I must contact my township In order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required by the township for my proposed project. 19 90 .XFebruaryApplication dated.
