We make Application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow us to place a boat access, approximately 10-12 feet in width on our property at the lowest portion of the bank (3-3.5 ft depth from the water) where indicated on the drawing (available for viewing at Land & Resource). It would be our proposal to pull the bank’s soil back toward the open area of our lot, so that there would be gradual incline from the water upwards into the lot approximately 10-15 yds. We would take the necessary precautions to prevent erosion. The property is described as Part of Government Lot 1, Section 12 of Dead Lake Township; Marion Lake (56-243), GD. Ken & Evelyn Beauchamp represented the Application. Break: Before voting, the Commission took a 10 minute break to allow Bill Kalar to get the file for Pine Lake Shores. Upon returning, Mr. Kalar reviewed the files and then informed the Commission of the action taken by the Planning Commission when the lakelots of Pine Lake Shores was taken.
