Members present were:Portmann, Trites, Estes, Lachowitzer, Ryan, Jacobson, Martin, Lee and Petterson. Passed:A motion by Portmann, second by Lee to approve the minutes of the June 17, 1981 meeting as mailed. Voting: All members in favor. Passed:A motion by Portmann, second by Estes to approve the special use application of David Sholy, dated April 16, 1981 on Pelican Lake, No. 56-786, GD, Sec. 10 of Dunn Twp. to fill a maximum of 3 feet from old road bed on lakeshore to a point 20 feet south of hlghllne (toward highway). Allow fill for driveway and leveling of present fill 20 - 25 feet west of property line of Lot 3. All slopes to wetland areas must have mimimum of 3 to 1 slopes.
