MOTION AS FOLLOV\/S:
Motion was matte by Craig Anderson, seconcted by John Everts and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 8'
from the required side lot line setback of 10' and a variance of 99' from the required ordinary high water level
setback of 200' for the construction of a garage 101' from the ordinary high water level. The granting of this
variance places the new structure further ba:k from the ordinary high water level than the existing structure
making a substandard situation less substandard and the new structure will be no closer to the sicte lot line than
the existing structure,
